FEES

Individual therapy costs between £70 and £110 per session payable in cash, BACS or Paypal after each session. I occasionally have some low-cost places of £60.

CANCELLATION POLICY

I have a 48 hour cancellation policy. You can cancel or re-arrange until 48 hours before the session, if you cancel late or don’t come to your session you will have to pay for it.

CONFIDENTIALITY

All sessions are confidential. This means that the content of the sessions will not be shared with anyone unless there is reason to believe that the client is a danger to themselves or others. In this case an attempt will be made to let the client know in advance of breach of confidentiality.

WORKING ETHICALLY

I adhere to the BACP’s (British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy) code of Ethics.

SUPERVISION

Psychotherapists are required to have supervision. In supervision the therapeutic process is looked at in order to safeguard the quality of the therapy.
I receive appropriate hours of supervision from an experienced existential supervisor as well as a focusing-orientated and somatic experiencing supervisor.
